요한이서 / 요한삼서 / 유다서 말씀 묵상

And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love. (요한이서 1장 6절)

사랑. 지겹게 느껴질 수도 있지만 사랑을 계속 묵상할 수밖에 없는 것은, 성경에서 지독하게도 반복적으로 사랑을 강조하고 있기 때문이다. 오늘날 교회를 다니는 사람들은 이 사랑에 대해 얼마나 묵상하고 생각해 보고 있을까. 

Be merciful to those who doubt; snatch others from the fire and save them; to others show mercy, mixed with fear-hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. (유다서 1장 22-23절)

믿음이 강건하지 않은 사람들은 있을 수밖에 없다. 그걸 판단해서도 안되고 할 필요도 없다. 그들 옆에서 그들을 지켜주는 것. 그게 우리가 해야 할 일이다.
